Judith Hunt
Judith is an independent consultant, coach, action learning facilitator and adviser. She provides well-tested advice, support and challenge on a range of issues critical to any individual or organisation seeking to achieve their highest professional goals in the complex world of work today.
She works with leaders and senior managers across the sectors. Her key professional interests and experience are in managing change, the development of equal opportunities and development support for boards, senior managers and leaders throughout organisations. As well as working independently she partners with other consultancies.
Judith has extensive experience as a board member across the sectors and in the NHS. Judith is a Board member of Transport for London, and Chair of the Audit Committee.
Pat Woodhouse
Pat works as an independent consultant and interim manager. She focuses on top team development, turning organisations around and assisting them to develop business cases for change. She trained as an accountant and worked as a consultant with KPMG Consulting for eleven years.

Otto Reuchlin
Otto works in interim management and consulting. His driving passion is the support of organisations in focussing on their operating environment: the needs of their clients, developments in society, relationships with partner organisations. He works for a broad range of clients, mainly in the non-profit sector. He started his career as a senior policy adviser to government in the Netherlands.

Riana Taylor
Riana is a Deputy Chief Officer and Director of Strategy in the National Probation Service. She is currently involved in turning around the performance of her organisation and is involved in developing its leadership capacity.
Originally from South Africa, she has a strong appreciation of the cross-cultural aspects of leadership and diversity. She was intimately involved in the transformation of South Africa into a democracy. She held a number of portfolios in the criminal justice system including Chief Director to the Department of Safety and Security, where she was involved in creating a tranformational community leadership model for a disadvantaged and third world economy.

Derek Blincow
Derek is a consultant child psychiatrist, clinical director and legal expert working in the National Health Service. He is currently developing a new concept on the strategy and practice of resilience. His book, Resilient Therapy will be published in June 2007 by Brunner Routledge.

Sarah Ackroyd
Sarah has developed a broad portfolio of training and consultancy work in the private, public and voluntary sectors. Her aim is to help businesses and organisations improve their effectiveness and success. She develops leaders and managers through coaching and team coaching, releasing their creativity and productivity.
Sarah brings a pragmatic and solution focussed approach to her work. Using 360 degree feedback profiles, the Leadership Insight Profile and the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, she helps people unravel the way they and helps them understand how others operate, thereby increasing their effectiveness with different people.
Her clients include Barclays Global Investors, HM Prison Service, NSCAS, National School of Government, Peabody Housing Trust, BPHA, Freebridge Housing Association, and Solon and Somer Community Housing Group.
