One: You or your organisation purchases the questionnaire for one person or for a number of people if it’s part of an intervention.

Two: The questionnaire is emailed to you along with a PIN (Personal Identification Number) that gives you access to it.

Three:
You complete the questionnaire in your own time and space, and then email it back.

Four: The questionnaire is allocated to a trained and supervised company analyst. You and the analyst are the only two people who will ever see the answers to your questionnaire, unless, of course, you choose to share it yourself.

Five:
The analyst produces your Personal Report and Work Resume. The details that you have written in your questionnaire such as the language, incidents, recollections or content are never specifically referred to although they inform the analysis. You and the analyst never meet.

Six: A consultant receives your report and resume and then meets with you. You sit together, verifying the contents of your report, learning to interpret its insights and generating the possibilities that will enable you to develop.

Seven: Follow up and further coaching can take place, individually or as part of a team.
