Leadership Insight works in development stages:

Step 1 – the participant completes a questionnaire. This is both in-depth and personal. Many participants find it cathartic, illuminating and the beginning of growing insight into their own patterns of engagement

Step 2 – the questionnaire is analysed in depth with trained and experienced analysts who prepare a personal report and work resume, structured in four layers. Each layer explores a different dimension. These include work, conflict, achievement and relationships, and they identify the patterns that are repeated;

Step 3 and beyond – the personal consultancy. We help the participant gain lasting value from the report at a pace that enables them to grow their leadership capacity.
