Elisabeth Henderson and Jane Allen are the partners and principal consultants at Leadership Insight.
Elisabeth’s background
Elisabeth is a leading consultant working on cross-national leadership and development. She has led major organisational consultancies and change projects in the private, public and voluntary sectors, advising on change at the level of Boards, ministers and those occupying positions of influence for key roles and teams.
She has worked in Poland, India, Britain, Germany, South Africa, the USA and the Netherlands.
Her career began in social action. Later she trained at the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations. Her work has particular focus on top team conflict resolution, customer focused leadership and developing the emotional acumen for leadership of organisational transformation. At this stage in her career she is involved in reflecting, writing, speaking and coaching with the intention of influencing the quality of leadership insight required to address the complexity of organisational environments.
Elisabeth is the Director of The Recess College.
Jane’s background
Jane is an experienced consultant and coach. She approaches personal and organisational change through working in releasing blocks and developing the potential of teams and individuals. She is currently exploring what helps and hinders organisations to achieve and sustain good and great performance. Her predominant interest is in supporting leaders, creating highly performing organisations in line with their professional aspirations values and passions.
She is Director of JA (Associates) Ltd, a Director of Harthill Consulting and a Senior Partner of The Recess College. She is author of ‘The Art of Mentoring.’
